This Saturday April 6, there will be a free mini-Freethought conference in Portland. If you are an atheist or agnostic, and would like to meet like-minded folks, this could be the opportunity you have been looking for. As of this writing, the speakers included Peter Boghossian (a philosophy professor from Portland State University speaking on “anti-apologetics”) and Jon Peters (a medical doctor speaking on whale evolution).
