Nvidia Previews New Video Game System at CES 2013

Nvidia surprised many with the launch of a portable gaming system called
Project Shield. Featuring a new Tegra 4 processor, the mobile unit will run Android based games along with remote PC games. Players can setup the video game system to run PC games over a traditional Wi-Fi channel.

The unit comes with a screen and a controller in a clam-shell type configuration. While the unit will have a built in screen, players will also be able to hook up the unit to any TV in their house. The video game system will run Jellybean as the OS and will ship sometime later in 2013.
