The best nutritious snacks in the world are fruits and vegetables, organic if you can get them. Fruits and vegetables are filled with everything a person needs to be healthy, happier and live a longer life. Fruits and vegetables have the needed vitamins and minerals our bodies need to function correctly mentally and physically.

Some really good snack ideas are sweet baby carrots, sliced cucumbers, tiny tomatoes, apple slices, oranges, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, nuts, seeds, broccoli and cauliflower. All these foods can be eaten raw making it much easier and faster to have a nutritious healthy no fuss snack anyone can create in minutes.

Always wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly under running water before eating. Use Tupperware for less cost because it is reusable, or use plastic baggies to put your snacks in for carrying to work, school, play or place in refrigerator for eating at home throughout the day.
