Simply toast your marshmallows under the broiler and use a salty cracker such as the whole wheat Ritz or a sesame for a change of pace. Hazelnut Chocolate S’mores
- 1 jar Kroger’s hazelnut spread
- Crackers of your choice
- Mini Marshmallows toasted
Toast mini marshmallows under the broiler in a shallow oven proof dish. Do not pile the marshmallows high as your bottom marshmallows will not be melted and toasty. You want a dish that will allow you to spread the marshmallows out and allow for a larger toasting surface.
Cooks note! Marshmallows go from toasted to charcoal in seconds! Watch carefully!
