Some people do not agree with strip clubs and that is your choice. A group of nuns is taking it to an entirely new level as they have decided to sue a strip club simply for being a strip club. On Tuesday, NY Post shared about this odd news. This all went down in Chicago.

The strip club plays loud music because that is what they do. Now the nuns say that it is causing them problems when they try to pray and it is too loud. They have filed a lawsuit over it. Illinois does have zoning laws and this group of nuns feels like the strip club is breaking them.

The zoning law says that you must have a 1,000-foot buffer between adult entertainment facilities and places of worship. They feel like this requirement is not being followed and that is where they think they can get the strip club in trouble. “Our sisters’ sacred space has been invaded. At night now they hear the music when they’re praying. That’s uncalled for," according to Sister Noemia Silva. This is what she told the Chicago-Sun Times. The strip club is standing by their practices though and says they are doing nothing wrong.
