Perhaps Abbott agrees with Cruz. Regular Republicans are 'squishies'. Perhaps that is why he decided to campaign with Ted Nugent. Nevertheless, Nugent has been described as a racist, and that most surely does not fit in with what the Republicans said they wanted to do. Other Republicans are backing away and the Democrats are watching. The Republicans were going to embrace people of color. They were going to become a 'big tent'.
Big tent? Not likely, because if Nugent has anything to do with it the tent will only have white people in it. Moreover, it is doubtful that the majority of white people would even want to be there. The tent would only hold white supremacists. Gladly, although they make headlines, they are the minority.
Abbott is now trying to distance himself from Nugent because Ted Nugent received backlash from the way he spoke about President Obama. according to Wolf Blitzer the words ""subhuman mongrel" were used by the Nazis to "justify the genocide of the Jewish community." We found ample evidence that the Nazis used those words -- in their own language -- to repeatedly describe Jewish people in the build-up to the Holocaust. We rate his statement True."
If that is the case, then Nugent may well be preparing the minds of other white supremacists to murder President Obama, and other African Americans as well. Nugent speaks with sounds of the Ku Klux Klan. The KKK really appears to be the Tea Party of today. Democrats are not the only ones who have considered this.
The Republican Party is divided for fear of what the Tea Party will do to them. It is perhaps a lot more than just being primaried for them. It is a modern day enactment of the Civil War. There is hatred for people of color, but also for northern whites who may be moderates in the Republican Party.
The KKK is "a vehicle for white southern resistance to the Republican Party’s Reconstruction-era policies aimed at establishing political and economic equality for blacks. Its members waged an underground campaign of intimidation and violence directed at white and black Republican leaders."
The Republican Party/Tea Party will never be able to allow an immigration program because they are designed after the order of the KKK. The KKK activities are further defined as "burning crosses and staging rallies, parades and marches denouncing immigrants, Catholics, Jews, blacks and organized labor. The civil rights movement of the 1960s also saw a surge of Ku Klux Klan activity, including bombings of black schools and churches and violence against black and white activists in the South."
We have seen the rallies of the Tea Party and heard all the ranting. We have seen the vile posters of President Obama, and it all describes the KKK. Is the KKK running our country? If so, nobody can have the country back!
Nugent called the 44th president, the first African American President in America, a “subhuman mongrel” and went on the say that ex-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has “spare scrotums.”
"That’s what the Nazis called Jews to justify the genocide of the Jewish community," Blitzer said in a Feb. 18, 2014, interview. "They called them untermenschen, subhuman mongrels. If you read some of the literature that the Nazis put out there, there is a long history of that specific phrase he used involving the president of the United States."
Racist rants are not new to Nugent, he is a left over hippie who preyed on underage teenage girls for whom he obviously had no respect. Likewise he has no respect for even the most accomplished people of color.
