A recent UFO-related document release by the U.S. National Security Agency purportedly “in response to the numerous requests received by NSA on the subject of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO)” is more interesting for what it “could” not find that what it actually released to the public domain.
The UFO related documents released by NSA are limited to 42 sets of documents. The preponderance of these documents are documents generated by the UFO research community. NSA states in a brief preface to its release, “In 1980, NSA was involved in Civil Action No. 80-1562, "Citizens Against Unidentified Flying Objects Secrecy v. National Security Agency". Documents related to that litigation are marked with ‘*’.” An inordinate number of the UFO-related documents released by NSA relate to legal papers in the 1980 lawsuit brought by CAUS under the leadership of Arizona attorney Peter Gerstein, over 30 years ago.
Reached for comment in Sedona, Arizona, attorney Peter Gerstein of CAUS stated that the CAUS documents NSA recently "released" has in fact been released publicly by NSA approximately 20 years ago, and that this recent NSA "release" did not consitute a new release.
The SETI model still rules in NSA public releases
Official U.S. government documents released by NSA include 9 State Department reports and a set of NSA Communications Intelligence (COMINT) reports.
The NSA documents released are designed to confirm the SETI model - Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence. The SETI model holds that extraterrestrial intelligence is not in Earth's immediate environment, and can only be located by sending radio signals to deep space.
Carl Sagan & the SETI UFO/ET coverup
The late scientist Dr. Carl Sagan developed SETI. Since Sagan's death, it has emerged that Sagan was aware of the UFO and near Earth extraterrestrial presence, and intentionally covered this up in order to continue to receive financial grants, academic status and public accolades. Sagan developed the SETI model as a vehicle to hoodwink the public and funding organizations and continue to receive moneys for a bogus search for extraterrestrial intelligence when he was fully well aware of the data that confirmed the presence of extraterrestrial civilizations on Earth and in the near Earth environment.
NSA's SETI document release
One of the documents released - NSA Technical Journal Vol. XIV No 1 with FOIA Case number 41472 is ‘Key To The Extraterrestrial Messages’ by Dr. Campaigne and consists of a "series of 29 messages received from outer space in 'Extraterrestrial Intelligence'. The article is described as developing a key to understand these alien messages."
According to one observer, "This now unclassified document not only confirms the presence of extraterrestrials, but that the US Government has received deep space transmissions from a civilization outside our own solar system!
"The following is transcribed from Page 21, Appendix:
“Recently a series of radio messages was heard coming from outer space. The transmission was not continuous, but cut by pauses into pieces which could be taken as units, for they were repeated over and over again. The pauses show here as punctuation. The various combinations have been represented by letters of the alphabet, so that the messages can be written down. Each message except the first is given here only once. The serial number of the messages has been supplied for each reference."

It would appear that one of the lateral purposes of the NSA “UFO document release” of SETI model documents is to reinforce the paradigms and official protocols of organizations such as the United Nations Outer Space office which operates on the basis of the SETI protocols, and is officially ignorant of the UFO and extraterrestrial presence.
UFO Related Information (No Records Exist at NSA)
The recent NSA release of “UFO related” information is more interesting for what it “could not” find. According to the NSA, a substantial portion of the subject matter of modern UFO studies and Exopolitics is not within the files of the U.S. National Security Agency, including apparently the terms “Extraterrestrial, Extraterrestrial Being, ETB” (see below).
This blatant falsehood by the U.S. National Security Agency, or unlawful manipulation of filing terms under the Freedom of Information Act is in direct contradiction to the 2001 Disclosure Project testimony of U.S. Army Sgt Karl Wolfe. Sgt. Wolfe confirmed that he had been briefed by a NSA technician at an NSA building on NSA photographing of extraterrestrial base on the far side of the moon.
Clearly, the NSA should have released the photographs of this extraterrestrial base on the far side of the moon in this document release under the Freedom of Information Act.

In its introduction to the document release, NSA includes a section entitled, “Commonly Requested UFO Terms for which No Records Have Been Found.”
As a journalist, I ask a fair question: National Security Agency of the United States of America – “Have you no shame??”
The NSA goes on to state in its introductory section:
“The following terms have been searched in response to requests for information on Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) and Paranormal Events, but no responsive material has been located.”

Why the NSA, FBI, and by extension the U.S. government’s release of “UFO documents” is a manipulative a fraudulent disclosure, a psyops designed to defeat the human-oriented plans of the galactic governance authorities
The above manipulatory, fraudulent and psyops release of UFO materials by the National Security Agency (NSA), like an earlier “UFO release” of UFO-related memoranda by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) that had been in the public domain since 1977 is part of a galactic Cointelpro strategy by the U.S. government to defeat a human-oriented plan of the galactic governance authorities of this galaxy.
As I reported in October 2010, a regional galactic governance authority has reportedly made a dramatic decision in January 2010 to put aside the law of non-intervention.
At a solemn meeting, the galactic authority decided to intervene with their technology to clean Earth’s atmosphere before an environmental collapse occurs on Earth, as has happened on many other inhabited planets with civilizations similar to our own. The galactic authority did so after reaching a conclusion that that our human technology could not now prevent an environmental collapse and species extinction on Earth from occurring.
This is a rare decision by the galactic authority, and is partly a result wishing to preserve the unique positive qualities of our human population. The galactic authority reportedly consists the intelligent civilizations of the Pleiades, Orion, Sirius, Bootes, Alpha Centauri, Comsuli, Zeta Reticuli, and Pouseti.
This cleanup of the Earth’s atmosphere will commence in 2015 following a collapse of the present world order and the emergence of a new way of living during the period 2011 – 2015. This transitional 2011-15 period may be accompanied by possible earth changes, monetary collapse, and governmental and nation state collapse.
The galactic authority indicated they would decloak their interdimensional ships over New York on October 13, 2010 as a sign that these plans were authentic, and that they had chosen New York City for an initial Oct 13, 2010 UFO 'decloaking' because it was a global, cosmopolitan city with a blasé population that would not be frightened of their appearance.
There are multiple, independent evidentiary sources that prove the Oct. 13, 2010 UFO sightings over New York City were the result of an intervention by a non-Earthly intelligent civilization, and not the result of other causes such as released balloons.
The purpose of these galactic governance council UFO appearances is reportedly to acclimatize Earth humans to the authority’s presence and decision to intervene.
