How I Met Your Mother (CBS, 8 p.m.) - "The Lighthouse" - When Robin (Cobie Smulders) and Loretta's (guest star Frances Conroy) conflict escalates, Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) is caught in the middle. Meanwhile, Marshall (Jason Segel) and Daphne (guest star Sherri Shepherd) deal with a stowaway on their road trip, and Ted (Josh Radnor) and Cassie (guest star Anna Camp) try to enjoy a trip to a lighthouse.
Hart of Dixie (The CW, 8 p.m.) - "How Do You Like Me Now?" - Zoe (Rachel Bilson) is blissfully happy when she sees how well Joel (guest star Josh Cooke) is adjusting to BlueBell, until, she learns the townspeople might have a different opinion of him. Wanting to make things better, Zoe volunteers herself and Joel to chaperone the Go Girl Tween Adventure Camp, but when Joel refuses to go along, she is left to fix the town’s perception on her own. After a rough start with Lynly (guest star Antoinette Robertson), George (Scott Porter) is pleasantly surprised when he learns they work well together. Meanwhile, Lavon (Cress Williams) is desperate to be part of the Gazebos of Alabama calendar, but when a crucial flower mistake jeopardizes his plan, Lavon begs Lemon (Jaime King) to help save the day.
Sleepy Hollow (FOX, 9 p.m.) - "The Sin Eater" - When Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison) goes missing, his wife appears to Lt. Abbie Mills (Nicole Beharie) in a vision warning her that the Headless Horseman will return to Sleepy Hollow by nightfall. A frantic Abbie seeks help from the mysterious Henry Parrish (guest star John Noble), who holds vital clues about how Crane can vanquish his dangerous blood tie to Headless. Meanwhile, an encounter from Crane's past weighs heavily on him, and details about his first encounter with Katrina are revealed.
Castle (ABC, 10 p.m.) - "Like Father, Like Daughter" - Alexis (Molly Quinn) enlists Castle’s (Nathan Fillion) help on an Innocence Review case to prove that a death row inmate, Frank Henson (guest star James Carpinello), was wrongly convicted. With only 72 hours left before his execution, Castle and Alexis-- with help from Beckett (Stana Katic-- urgently investigate the original murder, only to uncover explosive secrets that may seal Frank’s fate.
Hostages (CBS, 10 p.m.) - "Hail Mary" - Ellen (Toni Collette) and Brian (Tate Donovan) agree that they need to take down Duncan (Dylan McDermott) to have any chance of escaping, so she sneaks away to see a man who has previously helped her solve problems. However, unbeknownst to her, this man has ties to Duncan. Meanwhile, Archer’s (Billy Brown) accomplice plans to reveal to the Assistant District Attorney information about a murder Archer committed.
