The Carrie Diaries (The CW, 8 p.m.) - "Borderline" - Carrie (AnnaSophia Robb) pitches Larissa (Freema Agyeman) a profile on New York wunderkind playwright Adam Weaver (guest star Chris Wood), but when he proves a difficult, yet fascinating, interview, Carrie's job is on the line. Bennet's rules in his relationship with Walt (Brendan Dooling) force Walt to acknowledge his real feelings. Carrie and Dorrit (Stefania Owen) are surprised to find a common enemy in Tom's (Matt Letscher) girlfriend Deb's (guest Nadia Dajani) son Dylan (guest star Dylan Clark Marshall). Meanwhile, Sebastian (Austin Butler) seeks comfort in the arms of someone new.
The Neighbors (ABC, 8:30 p.m.) - “Good Debbie Hunting” - Following her experience in the Shark Tank, Debbie (Jami Gerz) decides to attend a Business School, but before she can apply she must pass a qualifying exam. Thus, Marty (Lenny Venito) steps up to help more around the house, while Dick (Ian Patrick) becomes her tutor. Meanwhile, Amber (Clara Mamet) and Reggie’s (Tim Jo) relationship is put to the test after a new and improved Jane enrolls at their school.
America's Next Top Model (The CW, 9 p.m.) - "Finale Part 2" - On the season finale, the final two models battle it out in a fierce runway show and the pressure is on as the final photo shoot is shot by Tyra herself.
Raising Hope (FOX, 9 p.m.) - "Deja Vu Man" / "Burt Bucks" - On the season premiere, a mysterious Natesville resident (guest star Jeffrey Tambor) keeps popping up in the Chance’s lives. When Burt (Garret Dillahunt) and Virginia (Martha Plimpton) decide to investigate his identity, Maw Maw (Cloris Leachman) reveals that the man is actually Virginia’s father, Arnold, who Virginia believed to be dead. Virginia discovers a lot about her past. Then, Burt and Virginia introduce Natesville to a new bartering system called “Burt Bucks,” that looks an awful lot like a pyramid scheme. But when the market gets flooded with their printed currency, they learn a thing or two about the economy. Meanwhile, Sabrina (Shannon Woodward) saves Jimmy’s (Lucas Neff) life at the grocery store, making him question his masculinity.
Haven (Syfy, 10 p.m.) - "The Trouble with Troubles" - Audrey (Emily Rose) finds herself in an alternate Haven-- one without the Troubles-- and is torn about whether or not to stay.
