The Carrie Diaries (The CW, 8 p.m.) - "Express Yourself" - Carrie (AnnaSophia Robb) and Walt (Brendan Dooling) are faced with kicking out their new roommate when she makes herself too comfortable. Samantha (Lindsey Gort) and Mouse (Ellen Wong) meet, and Samantha wastes no time giving Mouse sex tips. Back in Castlebury, Sebastian (Austin Butler) and Maggie (Katie Findlay) run into each other; and the evening doesn’t go exactly as planned when Tom (Matt Letscher) invites girlfriend Deb (guest star Nadia Dajani) to spend the weekend with him.
The Neighbors (ABC, 8:30 p.m.) - "Any Friggin Sunday" - As football season consumes the rest of the Weaver household, Debbie (Jami Gertz) focuses on Amber’s (Clara Mamet) relationship with Reggie (Tim Jo). With the help of Jackie (Toks Olagundoye), the mothers set up a secret romantic date for their eldest children. Meanwhile, Larry (Simon Templeman) decides golf is a boring and pointless game and endeavors to replace the sport for the community with football, wardrobe and all.
Hawaii Five-0 (CBS, 9 p.m.) - “Kupouli ‘la” - When Halloween comes to Hawaii and a zombie-like man is shot, Five-0 races to stop a madman who is conducting experiments on humans.
America's Next Top Model (The CW, 9 p.m.) - "The Guy Who Becomes A Bat" - A workout challenge brings out the competitive side of the guys. Later, the guys and girls have to pose while hanging upside down with bats, and one of the models struggles to take a good photo.
