Monday morning, ABC News reported from the Florida football field where the Monday night Notre Dame vs. Alabama college football game will take place. The live coverage of the Notre Dame vs. Alabama game can be seen on ESPN. The highly anticipated game has been dubbed the Catholics vs. Cousins game and some tickets for the game have been sold for $60,000. Alabama is number two and Notre Dame is undefeated and both are looking for the national championship.
An estimated 25 million people are expected to watch the game on TV Monday night. The event is expected to be one of the largest ESPN events ever and may be the most watched program in cable TV history, according to ABC News.
Prime tickets were being sold online on Sunday for $60,000 and tickets in the so called nose-bleed section were being sold for $1,000. The Notre Dame vs. Alabama game can be seen live on ESPN Monday night at 8:30 p.m. EST.
