Wednesday February 5, 2014: You're in a much mellower mood today, So.... Inhale, treat yourself with kindness and find a way to renew your faith in yourself. If you're feeling overwhelmed by it all, take some time out to remind yourself how things could look when viewed in a more positive light... Do something to pamper you body, listen to soothing music, or go outside and let nature nurture your spirit.

Let the morning's nostalgia gracefully give way to daydreaming of a future that is far removed from your present circumstances. And though you could be getting ahead of yourself... time spent picturing your "dream come true" life is much more than just an escape... it's about finding your way.

It's not unusual for people to become lost without a dream guiding them into the future. So don't loose touch with your "dream"... go for a walk... commune with nature. Give your mind time to roam and see what connections you can make. Hold onto that dream and let it guide you by providing insight that captures the essence of the life you want.
