Wilde Bar and Restaurant (3130 N Broadway), is a great place to stop this St. Patrick’s Day for some traditional Irish fare. Start off with artichoke cheddar dip on country toast or roasted beet and warm goat cheese salad. Irish Caesar salad with brown bread croutons, edamame black bean salad, and Wilde “Soup Veg” soup (filled with white beans, kale, celery, onion, carrots, and potatoes in vegetable broth) served with Irish soda bread make great sides or a lighter meal. If you are craving something heartier grab a “Bosies’s Garden Burger,” which is a vegetable patty dressed with swiss cheese, red onion, and field greens, served on herbed foccacia bread. Or, try the chipotle black bean burger served with grilled tomato, red onion, and remoulade sauce. Wash it all down with a pint of Irish beer – sixteen draft beers to choose from!
