On Saturday, February 9, 2013, an event to help the North Mecklenburg Animal Rescue move to their new location will be held at Birdsong Brewery, 2315 N. Davidson Street in Charlotte.
With so many in the Charlotte area being true lovers of animals, it should not surprise readers to learn tickets for the event are just about gone. The event is being well supported, and it is hoped this is just the beginning for the North Mecklenburg Animal Rescue in their new location.
Following the loss of use of their building in 2009 after it was flooded, the North Mecklenburg Animal Rescue has struggled to continue their mission. With a building available in NoDa, this rescue will continue to succeed. Help is needed, and this event will make a difference.
