North Mecklenburg Animal Rescue event scheduled this month (Video)

On Saturday, February 9, 2013, an event to help the North Mecklenburg Animal Rescue move to their new location will be held at Birdsong Brewery, 2315 N. Davidson Street in Charlotte.

With so many in the Charlotte area being true lovers of animals, it should not surprise readers to learn tickets for the event are just about gone. The event is being well supported, and it is hoped this is just the beginning for the North Mecklenburg Animal Rescue in their new location.

Following the loss of use of their building in 2009 after it was flooded, the North Mecklenburg Animal Rescue has struggled to continue their mission. With a building available in NoDa, this rescue will continue to succeed. Help is needed, and this event will make a difference.

Those not able to attend the event that will help bring North Mecklenburg Animal Rescue to NoDa may want to read about ways to donate online. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a difference.

Many prefer getting their pets from a rescue.
