North Korea is touting that it is ready for a fight against the "evil" United States. It seems that their boldness comes from either ignorance, or the hopes that big brother China will have enough influence to keep America from acting on these hollow threats. The only people that are suffering from the ignorance of Kim Jong Un are the people of North Korea.
Kim Jong Un and his government seem to think that after all the years of lying to their people, an apparently themselves, that their lies have somehow became true. The North Korean government still thinks that the world viewed their previous transparent attempt at deception as an actual attempt to launch a satellite into space, but the world is laughing at North Korea and especially at Kim Jong Un as it was known that it was a long range missile test.
The first attempted rocket launch failed disastrously, while the second attempt supposedly made it into space; the saddest part about all of this, is that Kim Jong Un and his defense cabinet believe they are already ready to start touting threats against the neighbors and the United States. These hollow threats come at a time when China and the United States seem to have a decent working relationship towards problems facing the world at this point, and it is likely that North Korea will not be the one to sour the current respectable relationship that China and the US are sharing.
I believe the North Koreans, and particularly the idiot joke of a dictator, Kim Jong Un is more like the little spoiled brat younger brother of China, and China is trying to ignore them for now, but will likely eventually tell them to hush up. Kim Jong Un and his father before him have been nothing but terrible to the poor citizens of North Korea who fight hunger and poverty every day. The days of communist North Korea will likely be ending soon and with that the oppression of its people. It will be a struggle for some of the people of North Korea to integrate into a unified and free single democratic Korea, but it will be a struggle worth going through.
