Another online retailer may have leaked the PS4, Xbox One and PC release dates of "GTA 5." According to a report from Gameranx on Sept. 2, Newegg listed that the new ports of the latest "Grand Theft Auto" title are going to begin shipping on Nov. 18. However, the website has since replaced that shipping date with a placeholder one of Dec. 31.

The potential Nov. 18 "GTA 5" release date does fall on a Tuesday, which is when a majority of new games are launched in the North American region. Furthermore, it's launch is also situated before Black Friday, which adds more credibility to the listing as most big holiday games are usually released before the busiest shopping day of the year. An official announcement has still not yet been made by Rockstar Games, however.

The company did debunk a recent rumor that suggested "GTA 5" on PS4, Xbox One and PC would be delayed until 2015. The report came from an editor at VG247, who overheard some ramblings while attending the recent Gamescom event. A representative from Rockstar Games eventually clarified that the new versions are still coming out later in the fall season of this year.

The publisher has already hinted that the PS4, Xbox One and PC ports of "GTA 5" won't be a simple one. The development team is going to take advantage of the more powerful systems in order to add more animals and cars into the open-world. The sequel should also look much better with a better resolution, textures and other visual elements. The radio stations may be getting updated for the new releases as well.

"GTA 5" is already one of the best-selling video games in history although it has only been released for the PS3 and Xbox 360 so far. The PS4, Xbox One and PC ports should help drive sales into new heights.
