Nordstrom is looking for someone who is customer-service oriented with at least one to two years of experience in specialty coffee service. Additionally, you need to have basic computer knowledge and excellent math skills.
After completing a comprehensive Manager in Training program, the assistant manager will work alongside the manager to maintain and manage the specialty coffee bar environment while motivating employees to excel.
