Attention fashionistas this is just the shopping opportunity you’ve been dreaming about. Nordstrom, the fashion forward department store that regales with designers galore is partnering with Curalate as the first company to launch Like2Buy, a platform that lets you shop ‘til you max out that credit card (hopefully not) in a seamless experience via Instagram.
How it works is that Like2Buy helps bridge the gap between Instagram and Nordstrom.com by enabling shoppers to buy stuff featured on the Nordstrom Instagram page. So when you see a photo of something you like just click on the Nordstrom profile name and then the link on the Nordstrom profile page where a gallery of all the featured products will pop up and let you go wild browsing or ordering.
"We continue to hear from many of our customers that they want speed and convenience incorporated into all the places they shop – including our social platforms," said Bryan Galipeau, social media director at Nordstrom. "We connect with more than 500,000 customers on Instagram by posting items we hope they find inspirational, beautiful and fun. Like2Buy enhances the experience for customers who want to take the next step and learn more about the great fashion we're featuring, to make a purchase or save items for another time."

Even though this new Nordstrom online partnership makes it easy for stay-at-home shoppers, there really isn't anything more exciting for a shopping junky that browsing through one of the high-style stores. I mean where else can you shop and see Taylor Swift?
