The phrase Actually Ashley was used so many times throughout the shoot of this Snap Girl segment that it only seemed appropriate as the title of her pictorial.
We tested a few potential models for the Snap Girl segment for this issue, but the very minute Ashley introduced herself to us, we were smitten with her charm. This girl is a super star! Well she is going to be anyway.
Ashley is a West Virginia native chillin’ out on the west coast trying to make a name for herself. She is somewhat of a nomad, searching for her celebrity status in a state that can make dreams of ultimate stardom happen. Her level of ambition is remarkable.
Her past is quite impressive as well. Ashley was part of a national championship winning cheerleading squad with the River Cities Rebels based out of Hurricane, West Virginia. She has also won many bikini and modeling competitions along the way. Her resume continues to grow!
Ashley is a busy girl. She is 5’9” and working the runway in the San Francisco area at almost every fashion event taking place in the bay area. She is very effective at getting herself out in front of eyeballs that matter. Her networking has landed her in magazines such as Inline Performance and Bay Fashion, and she has been a featured model for events sponsored by High Times Magazine and Amgen Bike Tour. She is generating a fan base that is respective on many levels.
Ashley prides herself on her sales experience. She has represented many companies, and she has even spent some time doing door-to-door sales pedaling magazines, and that particular job took her on a tour across the country. She is a smooth talker and strives for success at everything she does.
She admits to some guilty pleasures. One being the television show, The Office. She spends virtually all her spare time watching entire seasons on DVD. She also proudly boasts that she loves eating. Meat! No veggies for this girl. Our Snap Girl is a full fledge carnivore, and she is proud of it! During a shoot for this segment, we barbecued some chicken, and provided some other dishes, to keep the talent content. All that looking beautiful works up an appetite, and Ashley was more than willing to partake.
“It was great laughing obnoxiously loud and eating lots of great food.” Ashley explains. “It was like a party and a photo shoot all rolled into one.”
While the party turned out to last considerably longer than we initially planned, our Snap Girl was a great sport.
“I think a couple times I had to stop and pull my giggles together.” She continues. “But we all had a blast, ate some delicious chicken tacos, and got some amazing pictures.”
Amazing pictures indeed. With the help of hair stylist Sean Alian and Makeup Artist Tabi Belaunzaran, the third issue’s Snap Girl segment was an overall success. We hope you’ve enjoyed this brief look at Ashley Brooke.
