Members of the Washington Spa Alliance will go behind the scenes at Restaurant Nora to learn how organic cuisine became the focus of this iconic kitchen. Presenting a three-course menu, chef/owner Nora Pouillon will share secrets of today’s market for everything organic on May 7th in her landmark restaurant off Embassy Row.

Sharing the evening's floral theme, Michael Scholes, CEO, The Laboratory of Flowers in Sterling, VA, will be joined by Salamander Resort spa director Penny Kriel for insights on how a signature scent works.
