Nor'easter, then warmer temps for Baltimore!

Nor'easter possible Wed-Thu

It does indeed look like a strong Nor'easter will move up the coast this week...the question is : How far off shore? The computer models are not in agreement with this storm. For example, the NAM has the storm far enough off shore so that Baltimore would miss the precipitation all together! My personal feeling is that we’ll be in the preip here in MD on Wednesday, but the best chance for heavy rain would be along the Eastern Shore. It also looks like enough cold air would wrap around the storm to give us a mix of rain & snow in the Baltimore metro area. If it does snow, it would have a hard time sticking...so I expect little, if any, accumulation. Either way, it will be breezy and cold with temps in the 40s Wed & Thu. The snow will stick in Western MD, if the precip reaches that far west. By the end of the week, the whole weather pattern flips. We could see Highs in the 60s with sunshine by the weekend!
