As of today, BlackBerry is now officially accepting nominations for the annual BlackBerry Achievement Awards, with the winners being announced in May at BlackBerry Live.
The BlackBerry Achievement Awards, formerly known as the Wireless Achievement Awards, seeks to recognize the year’s most outstanding achievements by business leaders, entrepreneurs and developers in advancing mobile technology to benefit business and society.
The five different award categories are as follows:
- App of the Year
- Putting Customers First
- Mobile Innovation of the Year
- Making the World a Better Place
- Entrepreneur of the Year
Winners in each category will be awarded with travel accommodations to BlackBerry Live in Orlando this May, passes to the conference, exclusive BlackBerry training, BlackBerry 10 phones, and a whole lot more.
Persons wishing to nominate someone can do so until March 22 by visiting the Special Programs page on BlackBerry's website, where they can also find more information on the program.
