Noises Off sounds off at the Kavinoky beginning February 15, 2013

Michael Frayn’s Drama Desk Award-winning and Tony nominee Noises Off plays the Kavinoky Theatre (320 Porter Avenue) beginning February 15, 2013. The stage is set for the comedic revival that has been hailed by the New York Times as ‘the most dexterously realized comedy ever about putting on a comedy.’

The story commences with the behind the scene production of a play as the British playwright based his original one-act Exit, on what happens off and backstage during a performance of Nothing On and found ‘it was funnier from behind than in the front. Get swept away by the hilarious antics and the tongue-in-cheek humor.

Tickets to the Thursday and Friday performances are available at the Porter Avenue box office or by calling (716) 829-7668. Make sure to get your tickets early as you don’t want the curtain to close on your chance to see the Theatre Alliance of Buffalo’s latest production and let the performance ‘Exit’ stage left.
