Nobody came for the stunning German shepherd at California animal control

Since the first of March, a gorgeous German shepherd has been held with the other dogs, who were picked up as strays, at the Lancaster Animal Care and Control facility in Lancaster, Calif.

Tomorrow, the "safety," of his "lost dog" stray hold ends and he becomes at risk along with hundreds of other dogs in the same county animal control system.

An individual recently discovered this stunning, young dog at the facility and was shocked that he had been overlooked, and that his owner never came to reclaim him.

She shared the following about her encounter with this dog:

He rolled over and wanted belly rubs and was a complete doll and very mellow.

This gorgeous, two-year-old dog was obviously someone's companion at some point, but nobody came to claim him and now his life is at risk.

Given that nobody came forward to claim him, he is now in need of networking help in order to leave this facility.
