Valentine’s Day is almost here, and I am in my usual dither about what is the best kind of gift. Candy, yes. Flowers, yes. Jewelry? All good. Cards and love letters definitely! So I am thinking of a gift that will not wilt after days in a vase. Our good luck that San Francisco’s Noah Griffin is both the gift and the messenger this year. He knows how to deliver a song and is planning on doing just that dedicated to the one you love. You have only to ask.
Noah, by the way, who knows what it means to be in love with exactly the right person, comes to his full time singing career via Harvard Law School and laughs when he says his grandfather told him he did not have an ounce of lawyer in him.
What he does have in him is the talent and desire to sing. Noah is a serious man for whom singing is more than song. It is also a way of delivering history, human contact and strength.
