Since the cardinal sin of banning white bottoms, shoes and whatever is among us during the upcoming Labor Day holiday, why not fight tradition and look for deals on white pieces in the midst of Summer clearance sales.
Tomorrow is the last day of the mega clearance event at Nordstrom Rack--the "Clear the Racks" event where you can save up to 75 percent on clearance from everything including accessories to shoes.
I found a $22 pair of white Citizens for Humanity cigarette-leg jeans, a sleeveless white eyelet top for $7 and there are a floral pair of wedges with a white patent trim around the ankles that I am thinking of getting just for the heck of it that would look great with some dark denim skinny jeans and my new eyelet top.
The "House in the Park" festival was this past Sunday in Grant Park and one of the vendors, J.Herrera's was there showing off pieces that went fast.
There was a white and black jumpsuit for $69 that I absolutely adored. That line is definitely a hidden gem!
Defy tradition and rock the White. Be a trendsetter!
