No Unity for President Snow in New 'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay part 1' Teaser

"Because now more than ever, Panem is speaking with one voice". Yeah, President Snow (Donald Sutherland) may want to think again on that score. He's been pushing the unity card pretty hard ever since the last address, and now in this new teaser for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay part 1, his speech is interrupted by the rebel forces he's railing against.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay part 1 opens Nov. 21st

With a brainwashed Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) and Johanna Mason (Jena Malone) by his side, Snow's latest Capitol TV broadcast sounds a lot like the first one, and probably would have ended with another thinly-veiled threat against those who oppose him. However, address is soon interrupted by technological wiz, Beetee (Jeffrey Wright), who informs the public that "The Mockingjay lives".

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay part 1 opens November 21st.

PLOT: The worldwide phenomenon of The Hunger Games continues to set the world on fire with The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1, which finds Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) in District 13 after she literally shatters the games forever. Under the leadership of President Coin (Julianne Moore) and the advice of her trusted friends, Katniss spreads her wings as she fights to save Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) and a nation moved by her courage. The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 is directed by Francis Lawrence from a screenplay by Danny Strong and Peter Craig and produced by Nina Jacobson’s Color Force in tandem with producer Jon Kilik. The novel on which the film is based is the third in a trilogy written by Suzanne Collins that has over 65 million copies in print in the U.S. alone.
