Yoshida addressed the notion of a surprise for TGS via Twitter with a simple “no” after one of his followers asked, “Sony has been full of surprises lately I wonder if you guy still have something left for TGS?”
The news of no new surprises from Sony after the company’s press release yesterday introducing the PlayStation Vita TV, which had been kept a secret until its unveiling.
The PS Vita TV will act as Sony’s newest entertainment system, which will be released in Japan on Nov. 14.
The mobile console allows gamers to play PlayStation Vita games on regular televisions, along with streaming PlayStation 4 games from the original console.
The PS Vita TV unit with a Dual Shock 3 controller and memory runs consumers about $150 and $150 without the two accessories.
