Update: Clara was adopted 6/14/14

Clara, a seven-year-old beagle mix, has been sitting at the Orange County Animal Care Center in Calif., for over a month, but nobody seems to want her.

Clara came to the facility with worn teeth and a skin condition - today, her coat is looking better, but still...no one is interested in offering her a home. The official "review date" for Clara has come and gone - though her Facebook posts have been shared hundreds of times, she remains locked away, forgotten.

Little is known about Clara - her Petharbor profile has minimal information - only her age, gender and suspected breed are provided. Clara is in need of someone who is willing to take a chance on a middle-aged homeless dog whose background is a mystery.
