Ice-T and his voluptuous blond wife Nicole “Coco” Austin are not separated, nor are they getting a divorce despite the rumors and “proof” currently being circulated on the Internet in the form of legal separation documents that Ice-T allegedly filed in preparation for a divorce.
On March 4, according to news reports from Gossip on This and DivorceLawyers.com, Coco’s rep issued a statement saying that the rumors about Ice-T and Coco are false and the “separation papers” being circulated on the Internet as “proof” are fake.
A rep for Coco stated:
“Ice and Coco are doing totally fine. Those (divorce) papers are fake. They are not addressing rumors or the photos (her posing with that rapper) and are moving forward happily.”

In the wake of the recent photo scandal that erupted over sexy pictures of Coco and a self-proclaimed Oakland rapper named AP.9 together, it was rumored that Ice-T (real name Tracy Marrow) was highly upset with Coco and was filing for divorce.
The incident that set off the scandal took place in Las Vegas where Coco was staying for three months with her husband’s blessing, while starring in a burlesque show.
And while it’s true that that Ice-T was angry about his wife’s behavior, this is what actually occurred. He expressed his outrage in a post on Twitter stating that the pictures exhibited “bad taste” on the part of Coco, and that he felt “disrespected” by his wife.
However, Ice-T hastened to add the following statement to clarify his present state of mind.
“Don’t get it twisted… I’m not happy about this s**t. Coco’s in Vegas. She has given me her explanation of the pics on the net from her first weeks out there with some dude.”
Coco issued a public apology for disrespecting her husband by posing for seductive pictures with another man. However she insists that nothing other than picture-taking, occurred.
Coco tweeted:
“Ice is right, the pics I took with this man were in poor taste & I disrespected my husband… However the pics were the only thing that happened.

However, AP.9, whose real name is Kenneth Huddleston, refused to allow the scandal be put to rest, insisting that after partying together Coco accompanied him back to his room where they had unprotected sex.
There are rumors that AP.9 has approached at least one celebrity gossip site claiming to have a sex tape and nude photos of Coco which he’s willing to sell for $100,000. Thus far he’s been ignored.
Coco and Ice-T, who have been married for 11 years, are still together and have no plans to split. Their love continues to be documented on their reality TV show “Ice Loves Coco,” which airs on E Entertainment TV.
