No broadcast of entire city council meeting from unusual location

Comcast Cablevision of Mobile had no plans to televise this week's meeting of the City Council of Mobile's on Tuesday, February 4th (through their leased-access cable TV channel Port City 6), due to their location being the Mobile Museum of Art instead of their usual meeting place at Mobile Government Plaza (their meetings were usually recorded for Comcast Cablevision of Mobile to show later on the Tuesdays they took place by 8:00 p.m. and again on the following Wednesdays by 1:00 p.m.).
