Do you ever just have to have something sweet? Maybe, there is nothing in the cupboard, and you don't want to get into a full-blown baking project. This no-bake candy recipe only uses two basic ingredients and a tablespoon of milk.
This is a wonderful recipe for kids to make, too. Little hands can stay busy rolling out peanut butter balls for a long time. This is a good baking project for beginners, and it doesn't require much supervision since there is no oven or stove involved.
- 2 cups peanut butter (creamy)
- Two cups powdered sugar
- One Tablespoon milk
- Combine ingredients, adding more powdered sugar if it is too wet.
- Roll into small balls.
- Place in a single layer in a covered container.
- Refrigerate for several hours.
You can go an additional step and dip these in melted chocolate candy coating for a really fancy candy suitable for holiday giving.
