All you need to do is pour yourself a hot cup of coffee or cocoa and whip up a batch or two of these no-bake treats! If you can set aside an hour or two, make all of them. Whala...half of your Holiday baking is now complete.

Chow Mien Noodle Candy

  • 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can of Chow Mien noodles
  • Dab of vanilla

Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.

In a glass, 4 cup, Pyrex measuring cup melt chocolate chips in the microwave. Set on high for 30 seconds then stir. Set for 15 seconds more and stir. Continue cooking in 15 second increments until chips are melted smoothly.

Add noodles and mix together well.

Drop by tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheet.

Refrigerate until set. Freeze in zip top freezer bags or store in refrigerator in a sealed bag or container.

Easy no-bake fudge recipe

No-bake Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 2 ½ cups graham crumbs
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
  • ½ cup shredded coconut

First, put coconut into a food processor or blender and make into a fine dust.

Then, mix graham crumbs, milk and chips together.

Roll into 1-inch balls and roll in coconut.

Store in an airtight container.
