I was flipping through one of my many food magazines and stumbled upon this easy recipe that looked so good! The original title was: Candiquick No Bake Turtle Cheese Cake, but I think cream cheese pie says it best!
No Bake Cream Cheese Pie
- 1 package (16 ounces) vanilla Candiquick coating
- 2 packages cream cheese (8 ounces each), softened
- 2 boxes instant cheesecake flavored pudding
- 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
- 3 packages turtle candies, or any caramel/chocolate candies
- 1 graham cracker crust (9 inch)
- Garnish: caramel syrup, chocolate syrup and pecan pieces
Chop turtle candies into small pieces and set aside.
Melt Candiquick coating in microwave according to the package directions.
With mixer, beat cream cheese, Candiquick and puddings until well blended.
Fold in turtle candies and whipped topping.
Spoon into crust.
Drizzle with syrups and sprinkle with nuts.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
