Top-ranked Oklahoma State wrestling defeated Big 12 rival No. 13 University of Missouri, 22-12, at Hearnes Center in Columbia, Mo. Saturday afternoon... the same day Cowboy head coach John Smith announced the suspension of Josh Kindig.
Oklahoma State won six of ten matches, but the lead fluctuated through much of the dual. The Cowboys got bonus points in two bouts: defending NCAA Division I 133-pound champ Jordan Oliver pinning his Tiger opponent... and Jamal Parks getting a major decision win at 149.
With the win, the Cowboys remain perfect at 12-0 overall, and 4-0 in Big 12 conference competition, while Missouri drops to 11-3, and 2-2 in the Big 12.
