NJ Sparks place third in the youth basketball league

The New Jersey Sparks 5th Grade Team placed third in the youth basketball league in Westwood, NJ.

The New Jersey Sparks ended the regular season with a record of 4-2. In the first round of the play-offs, they defeated the North Jersey Blast, 28-19. This was their comeback game after losing to the Blast a few weeks previously in the regular season.

In the semi-final round they lost to A&W (who went on to win the championship) in an exciting game that led to overtime, 27-23.

The NJ Sparks 5th Grade are strong, can play defense, get rebounds, and push the ball up the court.
