NJ Sparks 4th Grade win the championship

The New Jersey Sparks 4th Grade team won the championship of the youth basketball league in Westwood, NJ.

The NJ Sparks went undefeated, ending the regular season with a record of 8-0. They had a bye in the first round and played in the championship game against Kaci Taylor. They Sparks won, 29-5.

The Runner-Up for MVP was awarded to Kayla Beckford. Beckford is a versatile player who can rebound, post up, and shoot from the outside. She is strong, can get rebounds, and knows when to pass and when to shoot.

MVP was awarded to Leah Harmon. Harmon is quick and can handle the ball. She can use cross-overs to get past her defender and score. She can also hit open teammates. She ended with several assists. She plays strong on-the-ball defense and can get steals.
