September 2, 2010 - NJ Housewife Danielle Staub reportedly hiding from ex's lawyer to avoid being served legal papers
Controversial Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Danielle Staub, has been hiding from her ex husband's lawyer in order to avoid being served, claims the attorney.
Staub's ex, Stephen Zalewski, has filed a lawsuit against her for defamation of character and harassment, but his lawyer, Nace Naumoski, can't find Staub to serve her with the legal papers.

“My process server is out to serve her, but we’re having a hard time finding where she is. She has a house in Wayne, New Jersey, and we’re not quite sure she still lives there… They’ve been to her house a couple times and no one’s there and I think a real estate agent told him [the server] that she might not be living there anymore and she’s living in Fort Lee, New Jersey.” Naumoski told RadarOnline.com.
The attorney feels that the reality housewife may be dodging the system on purpose, but he's not worried that eventually she will be found by the server.
“It is possible that she’s avoiding service. But it’s like trying to run from the inevitable. We’ll find her, especially someone who’s a public figure like that, they’ll pop up somewhere. And if we can’t find her we can always ask the court to allow us to do alternative methods of service.” He added.

Part of the lawsuit against Staub, states that the comments she made on the show about not knowing about the famous sex tapes being made are false. Zalewski's lawyer says Staub doesn't deny the claims that she knew about the tapes, but she thinks that they can't prove she knew.
Naumoski said that he has has no doubt they will be able to prove their case, even though while on the reunion taping of RHONJ, Staub said that, “he’s going to have some problems proving that.”
