Nintendo partnered with AT&T, Best Buy, Simon Malls and other companies to setup Nintendo Zones around the United States for Nintendo 3DS owners to connect with. The console maker announced on Thursday some of the new benefits coming to the Nintendo Zone including free game demos and episode of the Pokemon cartoon.
Starting February 6, Nintendo Zone locations around the country will add playable demos of select Nintendo 3DS games along with full-length episodes of Pokemon.
“Nintendo 3DS continues to deliver fun and engaging new experiences, especially for users who connect their systems to the Internet,” said Zach Fountain, Nintendo of America’s director of Strategic Partnerships. “Nintendo 3DS is our most connected system ever, and Nintendo Zone offers a wealth of exclusive content to users who take their systems with them when they are away from home.”
There are currently more than 29,000 Nintendo Zone locations offering trivia, exclusive coupons (Best Buy) and more. To find the Nintendo Zone nearest you, head over to www.nintendo.com/3ds/nintendozone.
