A free demo for Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge is now available to download on the PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE Marketplace (exclusively for Gold members). The demo requires 1.03 gigabytes of free hard drive space and includes stages for both Ryu Hayabusa and Ayane.
Hayabusa's stage is set in the desert of Dubai while Ayane's takes place in the city of Paris. When players have beaten both stages, the characters can also be played in the Chapter Challenge mode. Kasumi is also unlockable in the demo (Momiji is not in the demo but will also be a playable character in Razor's Edge). Check out some screenshots from the demo in the slide show above.
The best part of all is that any Karma and skills you unlock in the demo can be carried over to the full version of the game later. The Ninja Gaiden franchise is known for being extremely challenging and there are four difficulty levels to choose from in the demo Hard and Master Ninja which can be unlocked after playing through it.
Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge is scheduled to be released on April 2nd. It will retail for $39.99 and be available on both Xbox 360 and PS3.
