Ninja Gaiden 3 no longer a Wii U exclusive

Following a rumor, Tecmo Koei has announced that Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge will be available for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The updated version will release on 2 April, and will include additional player characters, modes, and more. Razor's Edge will be available in digital and physical copies at retailers.

The original rumor story was based on a Japanese retailer listing, that included Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the title. Razor's Edge was an improvement over the original, adding an additional character and campaign. It was rumored to be released on 4 April - two days later than the official announcement that has been made.

The listed 360 and PS3 versions were to include additional costumes for characters Ayane and Kasumi, meaning the re-release would include the Wii U add-on content.
