Since 1989, the group has made nine major studio releases, and their newest album, x, is their first in five years. Over the last 20 years, Nine Inch Nails has had an impressive series of hits including “Closer,” “Head Like a Hole,” and “Hurt”. They’ve been nominated for the Grammys 12 times and have won twice for “Wish” and “Happiness in Slavery” in 1992 and 1995, respectively.
