According to a March 18 report from USA Today, Heart and Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Experience will both be performing at Long Island's Nikon at Jones Beach Theater on June 27.
“Nancy and I and the rest of Heart are thrilled to be playing with Jason and his band this summer,” Ann Wilson said. “Awesome rock ’n’ roll music every night … miracles apt to happen any old time.”
Heart and Bonham's "Heartbreaker" tour is just one of the many new additions to the summer Jones Beach concert calendar, as over a dozen dates have been added in recent weeks.
Dave Matthews, Canadian rock legends Rush and country rock star Blake Shelton, are just some of the many names coming to town this summer at the iconic venue, and they'll be joined by grizzled veterans such as Phish, Rascal Flatts and One Direction.
Dave Matthews Band pre-sale tickets are already on sale for Citi Cardmembers and for members of his fan club, the Warehouse Fan Association. Tickets go on sale to the public on March 22 at 10 a.m.
One Direction concert ticket pre-sales start on Apr. 14 at 10 a.m., before they go on sale to the public on the morning of Apr. 21. One Direction is set to play back-to-back dates at Jones Beach this summer, Friday, June 28 and Saturday, June 29.
Tickets are also already on sale for the Fleetwood Mac concert Saturday, June 22 and for the July 23 concert starring Train, The Script and Gavin DeGraw.
