Nikki Ferrell has once again had to defend her relationship with Juan Pablo Galavis. On Monday, August 4, Nikki's relationship with Juan Pablo came under fire after she dissed "The Bachelor" spin-off show "Bachelor in Paradise."
Nikki tweeted she would "rather stab pencils in [her] eyeballs" than watch the spin-off. She ended her tweet with the hashtag "#trainwreck." Nikki's tweet received a lot of backlash. Many people criticized her for saying such a rude thing. Many also pointed out that Nikki shouldn't be so ungrateful to a franchise that brought her and Juan Pablo together.
Some even turned Nikki's tweet against her. One person sarcastically tweeted that dating the same guy with 25 other girls only to not get engaged at the end is a train wreck, an obvious reference to the fact that Juan Pablo declined to propose to Nikki.
As for Nikki's response to that tweet, she may be wishing that she just stayed silent. That's because her response seems to reveal what she really thinks of her good friend Andi Dorfman getting engaged to Josh Murray at the end of "The Bachelorette."
"Wait so you'd get engaged to someone you'd known for two months? You sound sane. #OrNot," Nikki tweeted in response. Several people pointed out that Nikki should not have said such a thing since that's exactly what Andi did. Several people also wrote that Nikki is just pretending that she didn't want Juan Pablo to propose.
After Andi got engaged to Josh on the finale of "The Bachelorette," Nikki said that she was "beyond happy" for the two. Maybe Nikki really is happy for Andi but still thinks she's nuts for getting engaged so quick?
In an interview with Us Weekly after her engagement, Andi Dorfman was asked if she would invite Juan Pablo Galavis to her wedding to Josh Murray. She joked that she would only do so if he marries Nikki Ferrell and that it's time for him to put a ring on her finger. Perhaps Nikki should inform her friend that she's definitely okay with her lack of engagement?
