Nikita reinvents celebrity feeding ground on Malibu’s Billionaire’s Beach

Nikita is just what the moneyed gentry of Malibu's Billionaire Beach have been waiting for—a posh feeding ground set high above the waves featuring Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and fine wines.

The restaurant intends to develop into a trendsetting foodie scene according to its international brand strategist Audrey Cavenecia and general manager Tammy Billman who was formerly of Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group. It does sound dreamy and guess what, they’ve issue an invite to the press which the Diva intends to take them up on the offer considering that the executive chef is Salvatore Sodana, who was formally trained by three-star Michelin rated Heinz Beck and that they have more than 800 wines stocked.

Sodona says that at Nikita Malibu, “guests fully experience the marriage of food and wine with the guidance of our wine DirectorRenee-Nicole Kubin, who was born into the exceptional standards of a Relais & Chateau property, The Estate by The Elderberries, and furthered her career at Charlie Trotter's and Restaurant Gary Danko.” "Food and wine dance closely together. This is how it has always been in Italy," adds Sodano.

Nikita Malibu will also be launching Malibu Wine Concierge, an invitation-only wine concierge service, and an exclusive quarterly magazine encapsulating the Malibu lifestyle.

NikitaMalibu.com is located at 22716 Pacific Coast Hwy, Malibu, CA. For reservations call 310-456-3274 or go to http://www.opentable.com. Watch the video to learn more about the star-drenched beaches of Malibu.
