Nike is standing by its man.
Despite the mistress count that tops 14 (click here for the latest list), Nike is reaffirming its support for Tiger Woods.
Nike is the world’s largest sports shoe and clothing business. It has long had a relationship with the largest name in golf and it's sticking with him
Mark Parker, Nike’s CEO chief told the Financial Times that Nike would “continue to support Tiger and his family as we look forward to his return.”
As previously reported, Woods' wife Elin Nordegren may be endorsing a rival brand to Nike, for details, click here.
A major sponsor, consulting firm Accenture, has announced it is cutting ties to Woods. Click here for details.
Gillette is also dropping Woods, at least for now. In a statement issued on Saturday, the company said, "As Tiger takes a break from the public eye, we will support his desire for privacy by limiting his role in our marketing programs." Click here for more.
