Kanye West’s Nike Air Yeezy 2 trainers may have sold 10 minutes within going on sale, but that didn't stop the shoes from showing up on eBay, according to a Feb. 10 report from NME.

According to the report, a pair of the Red October trainers are going for £10 million ($16 million U.S. dollars) on the online auction site.

The red version of the Air Yeezy 2 shoes were released on Feb. 9 for $245. Nike announced the news of the limited edition Kanye West sneakers on Twitter. The shoes were sold within 10 minutes, according to a report by Vibe.

The shoes then made a reappearance on eBay at the starting bid of £220. There are similar shoes being sold for £5000 ($3,950).

Kanye hasn’t had the best relationship with Nike as the rapper recently announced a new deal with Adidas after criticizing the premium sports brand for not creating enough sneakers.

He said in an interview with Zane Lowe:

I can make music, I can do it, but I shouldn't be limited to one place of creativity…You guys don't understand that I did the Yeezys and they eBayed for $90,000 but I didn't get a call from Nike the next day.”

West is interested in securing a deal with Adidas. He thinks collaborating with the company will make him “bigger than Walmart.”
