Another marriage in Hollywood is going through the trauma of domestic abuse. It looks as if Nic Gage should be heading for rehab. Once again, alcohol is at the root of the issue. TMZ reported today, April 17, 2011 that they have the surveillence tape of Cage totally drunk in a tatoo parlor. Dog the Bounty Hunter has bailed him out of jail, but the problem is bigger than a bail bondsmen can handle. It appears that Cage has a serious alcohol issue and with alcoholism comes its intimate partner -- anger! Nic Cage -- Arguing with Wife in Tattoo Shop Video.
Cage had been having financial problems and lost homes to foreclosure. The incident that led to his arrest took place when the couple left the tatoo parlor and he apparently grabbed his wife Alice Kim and tried to pull her to the house he thought was theirs. The "Drive Angry 3D" star was observed hitting parked cars and while trying to get into a cab, was apprehended by police. His wife is not pressing charges.
Going to rehab
We have just seen the effects of alcohol with Mel Gibson. And we know what sex addiction did to Tiger Woods. However, we sometimes look the other way with drinking. It is a serious problem. While it is simple for the Hollywood set to enter a rehab facility, it may not be that easy for couples on Main Street USA.
