Rumors are swirling that Nicki Minaj is leaving "American Idol." Fans are confused, but it looks like she is there to stay at least for now. On March 1, The Inquisitr reported that even though Nicki is doing a new album she is not going anywhere and fans should get used to her on the show for this season.
She is working on a video and a new album, but she is doing it all while she is working on "American Idol" at the same time. She plans to write a new album before the next season.
At this time, Nicki says she isn't going anywhere but with the current season still filming it is unknown if she will even be asked back again. The show has three new judges this year and they could decided to shake it all up again before the show airs a new season.
