The 2013 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards (KCA) airs live on Saturday, March 23 at 8:00 p.m. (EST). Stars up for the honor of taking home Nickelodeon’s blimp-shaped award include Adele, Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lawrence, Shaun White, Gabrielle Douglas, Big Time Rush and many more.
Josh Duhamel, of "Transformers," "Ramona and Beezus," "All my Children" and "Las Vegas" fame, will serve as host. Previous hosts of the super fun and slimy event have included Will Smith, Jack Black, Kevin James and Dwayne Johnson.
Fans can vote for their favorites in 22 categories of television, music, sports and film by visiting Nick.com, all desktop and mobile devices and Nickelodeon’s Facebook page and Twitter feed. New categories this year include Favorite App and Favorite Villain. The annual slime-fest of stars will be telecast from USC’s Galen Center.

Last year, the 2012 KCA ranked as basic cable’s top telecast for the week (March 26, 2012-April 1). With 6.2 million total viewers, it was the number one telecast for the week. It also scored the most votes in the history of the show, with 223 million votes cast across Nick.com and the network’s mobile and social media sites.
In its 33rd year, Nickelodeon is the number one entertainment brand for kids. The company includes television programming and production in the United States and around the world, plus consumer products, recreation, books, feature films and an online presence. Nickelodeon is seen in almost 100 million households and has been the number one rated basic cable network for 18 consecutive years.
